I've been creating immersive programs that help people settle into themselves for over 15 years. I've gone through and led rigorous facilitation trainings and have gone through deep studies of group-psychodynamics, adaptive leadership, and experience design. I've built social businesses as well as education and technology startups. The through-line has always been the same: helping people do honest work on themselves and move forward with more clarity.
In recent years, my focus has been men and men's work. I lost my father young, which sent me on a deep search for what good masculinity actually looks like. I was tenacious and lucky - I found generous mentors and good men, one of whom became a chosen father to me. That work shaped everything I am. FireCircle is how I pay it forward.
I don't coach from a script. I lead from experience - my own story, my own deep work, and two decades of holding space for others to do theirs.

I have founded and facilitated men's circles rooted in honesty, courage, and genuine connection. I bring together men who are ready to move past surface-level interactions and engage deeply with their inner worlds, their relationships, and their sense of purpose.
I hold containers where men can be profoundly known — free from judgment, fixing, or performance. The spaces I build prioritize truth-telling, accountability, and momentum, balancing raw vulnerability with decisive action. It's self-leadership, not therapy or self-help. Men sharpening one another through presence, reflection, and honest challenge.
With a steady, grounded approach, I guide men through the unspoken: fear, desire, health, intimacy, fatherhood, and meaning. When men commit to showing up consistently, speaking truthfully, and holding each other with integrity, transformation becomes inevitable.
